Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message. Our fulfillment team ensures that your package is carefully prepared and dispatched in a timely manner.

Delivery Policy
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Standard delivery time ranges from 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. In case of delays due to weather, public holidays, or courier service issues, we will notify you promptly.

Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We offer an exchange only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo or video of the issue. Used or opened items are not eligible for exchange.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer support team. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
