Fragrance bottles with broken seals, used sprays, or altered packaging will not be accepted.

4. Exchange Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will arrange a replacement or guide you on how to return the product. The replacement will be sent once we receive the faulty item, if required.
5. Return Shipping
If the exchange is approved due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost. If not, the return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
6. No Refunds Policy
We currently do not offer refunds. Exchanges will be provided only if the issue falls under the conditions stated above.
